Cancellation Policy
You are very important to us at Salt Beauty. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, we will be able to adjust our schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
Cancellations made later than 7pm the day before the reserved treatment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the basic treatment cost (not including add-on charges).
Cancellations made on the day, up to 1 hour before the reserved treatment, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the basic treatment cost (not including add-on charges).
‘No shows’ or cancellations with less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost
